Follow up on Delaware and Maryland EB-5 Meetings

Meeting in Maryland and Delaware went very well. We are extremely confident that we have possible business ventures in these states. With the help of the state departments and Empire State EB-5 Regional Center we feel that not only can we get new businesses attracted to the area, but have the opportunity to increase the job creation for a much needed United States economy. We will be going back down to Delaware and Maryland in two weeks to finalize some issues to see if we can get the process rolling. Thank you to the representatives that attended and we look forward to our next appointment.

Can we help your idea's become a reality???

The goal is to acknowledge what the State of Maryland has in mind using an EB-5 regional center and determine what the state and counties are expecting to see happen with an EB-5 regional center.

The session will be at the Cambridge Council Chambers and representatives that are attending are as follows:

  • Maryland Department of Business & Economic Development

The Endless Possibilities of EB-5 Job Creation

This is a great video that acknowledges and presents the rapid movement that the EB-5 program has and will do for the United States economic growth by developing new or renovating existing businesses that will help with much needed job creation for a country that has seen its unemployment rate hold steady the last 3-4 years at 8.5-10% (mostly in the high 9%). The exciting opportunities that the EB-5 program holds for developers or construction companies is it can supply an alternative for lending funds to those who have met all regulations put in place by the USCIS to be awarded funds for the projects that have been  approved as Regional Centers. View this short video and decide for yourself…
