EB5 - Visa Approvals Fast???

It was not too long ago that we at Which EB5 were asking Alejandro Mayorkas of the USCIS just why our clients were waiting upwards of 8 months for an initial EB5 visa approval, an I-526 petition. True to his word, Mr. Mayorkas has, it seems, completed a complete turn around of the EB5 visa processing system, at least for the I-526 petitons....
