Empire State EB-5 is proud to announce that LandTech Surveying & Planning, P.L.L.C will be doing the engineering in the EmpireState EB-5 - Allegany Square project. LandTech Surveying & Planning, P.L.L.C and Empire State EB-5 are going to be meeting with the Allegany County IDA to survey the property. Allegany Square is off Exit 30 on Interstate 86 located in the Southern Tier of New York State. The land parcel which is prime for new development is over 29 acres and will be home to much new development. Among the proposed projects will be a hotel, conference center, and gas station. Empire State EB-5 needed a seasoned veteran to handle and maintain the engineering for the Allegany Square project, but we also were looking for a local firm with in New York state.
